CASE STUDIES (GRADES 6-9)
At the middle school level, FitMoney offers 19 real-world case studies that can be used in a variety of formats and classroom settings. Our goal is that much of the learning be generated from classroom discussion and for the cases to relate to life experiences faced by teens and young adults.
WAYS TO TEACH
Choose by Topics to Teach : Pick content based on topics and ready-to-use lessons in any order designed to be implemented in two 20- or one 40-minute session.
Follow a Math-Aligned Curriculum Sequence: Include two bonus units in this Case Studies teaching option with mini-units and math-based lessons.

STEM CURRICULUM
The FitMoney team has created a design challenge that gives tomorrow’s STEM Middle School (6-8) leaders the opportunity to critically think about and create solutions to address the current issues students and the world face today.
Students envision a problem-solving product, build a business plan document and make the important calculations in a budget spreadsheet, which culminates in a Business Plan "competition" presentation. Through a socially conscious lens, students will draft a product design, and learn the critical elements to starting a successful business venture to produce, market, and sell the product.
Financially Fit CERTIFICATE (GRADES 9-12)
The Financially Fit Certificate includes videos covering a range of foundational personal finance topics such as paychecks, savings, loans, and more. CFU questions are embedded in each video to check for understanding. The program culminates with a final assessment. If students pass, they can download their certificate!

The New Hampshire Program: 17 videos for students seeking credit in New Hampshire.
