They feel empowered.... They feel that sense of accomplishment."
EXPLORE OUR IMPACT.
Through launching our most ambitious programs yet, new partnerships across the country, and reaching thousands of students and families, this year was our best yet.
This fall, FitMoney joined the growing Learn Everywhere program in New Hampshire to offer a comprehensive and accredited resource for students to achieve the newly-mandated financial literacy requirement.
With the expanded Financially Fit Certificate platform, achieving financial literacy certification is now more accessible than before.
FINANCIAL LITERACY WITH A BADGE: OUR NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH THE GIRL SCOUTS
Now, Girl Scouts can earn financial literacy badges by completing FitMoney activities and exploring original content. By working with troop and community leaders, FitMoney is delivering on our mission to empower the next generation to take action on their financial futures. Today, it’s a new badge, but the impacts last a lifetime.
LAUNCHING THE $UPERSQUAD:
GAME-BASED LEARNING FOR ALL
Research shows financial habits are formed by age seven. At FitMoney, we’re reaching students when it matters most. With the help of the all-new $uperSquad platform, students and families everywhere are exploring choose-your-own-adventure learning through real-world scenarios to empower them to be responsible in their own community and future. Rated 4-stars by CommonSense Media, your donations will allow us to continue creating more modules for critical learning.
INVESTING IN THE POWER OF LEADERSHIP: EXPANDING OUR BOARD
FitMoney has expanded our board to include four new members. With different backgrounds and unique experiences, our focus on diversifying leadership enables new perspectives to build on our programs’ accessibility. We’re thrilled to welcome:
Chad Copeland, Copeland Media COO and Business Development Manager
Anudha Gupta, Wellington Management Vice President of Investment Platform Technology
Amy Phillbrook, Robinhood Markets Vice President of Customer Care and Operations
Ben Schumacher, Footlocker Senior Manager of Digital Marketing
MAKING OUR COMMUNITY YOURS: NEW RESOURCES THROUGH COLLABORATING
This year, we hosted new events and launched new community partnerships to meet families where they are. In July, we brought our own Boston community together with Robinhood to discuss how we can expand financial literacy education paired with opportunities to practice healthy financial habits. In addition, our latest partnership will bring the $uperSquad program to UMass Medical Pediatrics to emphasize financial health for young learners. With the $uperSquad, we’re contributing to a larger significance of social, professional, and mental health.
REACHING NEW FAMILIES
AND EMPOWERING THEM.
Let's Get Financially Fit!
Over 2,000 students from across the country are now certificated FinanciallyFit with the help of the new platform for our acclaimed FinanciallyFit Certificate course, now with new modules.
